How do you deliver photos to a client?
Most photographers deliver a shoot as an online client gallery: one link where the client sees the photographs full width, marks favorites and downloads what you allow. It does what an attachment, a transfer link or a shared folder cannot: it shows the work the way you made it, under your own name. With Shyreo you upload the shoot, add your brand and send that one link.
The usual ways, and where they fall short
Each of these gets files from you to your client. None of them was made for photographs.
- Email: fine for three photos, not for three hundred. Large attachments get shrunk or refused.
- A transfer link: quick to send, but your client downloads a ZIP before seeing a single photo, and the link expires after a few days.
- A shared folder: nothing expires, but your client scrolls through a list of file names in somebody else's interface, and your brand is nowhere.
- An online client gallery: made for this. The photographs come first, your client chooses and downloads in the same place, and it looks like your studio.
What a good delivery needs
- The photographs full width, and fast on a phone
- Favorites or a selection round, so you know what goes in the album or on the wall
- Downloads you control: web size, high resolution or the original file
- A password, a PIN or a sign-in link by email when the photos are private
- Your logo, your colours and your name on it
- An end date if you want one, with a reminder before it closes
- Safe storage, and a way to take every original back out
How it works in Shyreo
- Create a gallery and drop in the photos, from a folder or straight from your iPhone; HEIC and Apple ProRAW go in as they are.
- Choose a cover, one of five layouts, light or dark, and your brand.
- Choose who gets in: public, a private link, a password or a sign-in link to your client's inbox.
- Choose what may be downloaded, and when the gallery closes, if ever.
- Send the link, or let Shyreo email it to your client with your studio's name on it.
Afterwards you see who opened the gallery, what they marked as a favorite and what they downloaded, and you hear straight away when a client sends a selection.
What it costs
Shyreo is free for three galleries and 2 GB, without a card. Paid plans add passwords, your own logo, watermarks, and more galleries and storage.

Should I send the photos as a ZIP or as a gallery?
As a gallery, with the ZIP inside it. Your client sees the work the way you meant it, and can still take everything home in one download.
How long should a gallery stay online?
As long as your client needs to choose, download and share. In Shyreo you pick never, 7, 30 or 90 days, or a date of your own, and your client can get a reminder three days before it closes.
Does my client need an account or an app?
No. They open the link in any browser. A private gallery asks for a password, or sends a sign-in link by email. On a phone your client can keep the gallery on the home screen, like an app.
