Why Shyreo exists
Made by a photographer, not by a software company.
I'm a photographer. I shoot weddings, events and fight sports, and deliver galleries to my own clients. Shyreo is built around what my colleagues and I needed for that.
Every feature on this page is here because one of us missed it on a real job. What nobody uses doesn't go in. That's why it feels calm.

Three hundred guests, two thousand photographs, and everybody scrolling for the four they are in. Now they take a selfie and the gallery shows only those. It is the thing wedding and event photographers get asked about most, and it is built with the GDPR in mind.
The selfie is never stored
Compared, then thrown away. Not kept by us, and not by the service that does the comparing.
One gallery, never more
Faces are only compared inside one gallery, so nobody can be followed from one event to the next.
Off until you say so
You switch it on per gallery and confirm the people in it were told. Every face is forgotten when the gallery closes.

From €149 per eventA roll for every guest, one album together.
Like the disposable cameras on the tables, but with the guests' own phones. At a wedding, a birthday, a reunion or a company party, your client gets one shared album with 50 rolls of 36 photos. Each guest claims a roll, adds their best photos and presses Develop. You or your client look it over, and then it is in the album, for everyone to see.

Claim a roll
Guests scan the card on the table or open the link in the group chat, and claim a roll with their name and email address.

36 photos, swap freely
They add up to 36 photos from their phone to their roll. Until they press Develop, nobody else sees them and they can swap; after that they are fixed.

Looked over first
You or your client look at every developed roll and let it into the shared album, or keep a photo out. Anyone with the link can look.
Rolls is €149 per event on any paid plan, for the album and 50 rolls of 36 photos. Rolls Plus is €249: 100 rolls, the guestbook where guests speak or film a message, and your client's own photo and welcome text on the guests' page and the card. The guestbook on its own is €49. Extra rolls are €4.95, and guests can buy one themselves too. What you charge your client, and when uploading closes, is up to you.

Portrait sessions
Portraits for a hundred people. Each gets only their own.
At a fair, a congress or a company party, people sign up at your stand with their name, email and consent. You shoot, Shyreo sorts the photos to the right person, and everyone gets a mail with only their own portraits. No photo numbers, no spreadsheet.

Publish from Lightroom or Capture One. What clients choose comes back.
Shyreo is a publish service in Lightroom Classic, and a set of scripts in Capture One. What you publish becomes a gallery, and an edit you publish again takes the old photo's place, with every heart on it. What clients leave comes back where you edit: their hearts and comments, and their stars and colour labels on your photos.

Beyond your own name
Deliver under your client's name, and charge for it.
Venues, agencies, festivals, schools: the people who book you every month already have a brand of their own, and they would rather hand their own client a gallery that carries it. You set that up once per client and pick it when you make the gallery.
A second brand is a second set of everything
Logo, colours, light or dark, the watermark and the footer, saved under their name. Choose it when you create the gallery and that is what their client opens.

From Studio the Shyreo line at the bottom is gone, so a gallery you deliver for an agency reads as theirs from the top of the page to the end of it.

Enable it per gallery, adjust opacity, size and position with a live preview, and save presets like “Proofing” or “Small bottom right”. Watermarks are rendered on copies; the original file is never altered.

Your file goes straight to storage from your own browser. We never re-encode it, never strip anything out of it, and never write to it again. What you get back is the same bytes under the same name.

Work your clients already have does not go dark because a card expired. The account moves to Free and the limits apply to what you make next, not to what you already delivered.

Downloads that do not queue
A full wedding starts downloading the moment your client clicks it, straight out of storage. No “preparing your download”, no queue, no email with a link that expires before they get to it.
Security
The galleries you deliver, behind more than a password.
A gallery holds somebody's wedding, their children, the launch of their company. So the doors are locked on both sides: yours and your client's.
Two-step sign-in
Sign in with your password and then Face ID, Touch ID, your fingerprint or a code from an authenticator app. Somebody who gets hold of your password still does not get in.
Asked first, before anything drastic
Deleting your account, taking every original home, adding someone to your team or connecting a domain: Shyreo first asks whether it is you, with Face ID, your app or a code by email.
Guessing gets nowhere
Wrong passwords and PINs are counted per gallery and per visitor, so nobody can keep trying until one fits. Every gallery address ends in characters nobody can guess.
Private storage in Europe
Originals sit in private, encrypted storage in Western Europe, with a second, locked copy in Ireland that nobody can alter or delete. They only leave it through a link that expires, and only for someone the gallery lets in.

What is Shyreo?
An online client gallery platform for photographers. You upload a shoot, add your brand and send one link; your client views the photographs, marks favorites, makes a selection and downloads what you allow. Made in Amsterdam by a photographer, in English and Dutch.
How do I deliver photos to a client with it?
Create a gallery, drop in the photos, choose who gets in and what may be downloaded, and send the link. Your client needs no account and no app.
Can my client choose favorites or make a selection?
Yes. Every client can mark favorites; on the paid plans you can also run a selection round with a limit, or let clients give stars and Lightroom's colour labels, and you get the choice as file names, ready for Lightroom.
Does Shyreo work with Lightroom?
Yes, with Lightroom Classic. Shyreo is a publish service there: a collection becomes a gallery, an edit you publish again replaces the photo with its hearts intact, and what clients leave comes back into the Comments panel, their stars and colour labels included.
Can guests find themselves in the photos?
Yes, with Find me: a guest takes a selfie and sees only the photographs they are in. The selfie is not stored, and faces are only compared inside one gallery. From Pro.
Can I deliver video too?
Yes. The film plays in the same gallery, your client can leave a note at the exact second, and downloads the original when you allow it. From Pro.
What does Shyreo cost?
Free for three galleries and 2 GB, without a card. Starter is €9.95 a month, Pro €24.95, Studio €49.95, and Agency from €99. A year costs ten months. Prices include 21% VAT.
Where are my photos stored?
In Europe. Accounts and galleries are stored in Ireland, the photos in private storage in Western Europe, with a second, locked copy in Ireland. Your galleries carry no third-party trackers.
Can I move my galleries from another platform?
Yes. Drop the folder with your galleries on one page: every folder becomes a gallery, the folders inside it become scenes, and your originals go in untouched. You can take everything back out yourself, whenever you like.
Is Shyreo in Dutch?
Yes. The dashboard and every gallery are in English and Dutch, and your client sees the gallery in their own language.
