Clients and client portal
From StarterOne address for everything you shot for them.
An agency that books you twelve times a year gets its own sign-in and sees every event you delivered for them.

What it looks like
For clients who come back
Gelredome Arnhem
9 galleries
Signed in as events@gelredome.nl
How it works
01 ▸
Link the galleries
Pick the client under “Client” in a gallery's “Settings”, or type their name when you make the gallery. Their galleries collect on their page under “Clients”.
02 ▸
Switch the portal on
On the client's page, press “Switch the portal on”. The client needs an email address there: that is how they sign in.
03 ▸
Send the link
Press “Copy link” and send it once. The address ends in random characters, like a gallery's.
04 ▸
Your client signs in
They type their email address and press “Send me a link”. The link works once and expires after thirty minutes; after that, the browser stays signed in for three months.
05 ▸
They open what they need
Every published gallery of theirs, newest shoot first, opens without its password. On the client's page you see when they last signed in.
What is in it
- They forward one event to their own client, who sees that event and nothing else
- Every gallery, favorite and selection per client, without a separate CRM
- Per gallery you choose whether it shows in the portal
- Starter: one client portal. Pro 25, Studio 100, Agency 250
What your client sees
- A sign-in page with your logo or your name. It answers the same whatever address is typed, so passing the link round gives nothing away
- Their name at the top, then every gallery with its cover, title, shoot date and number of photographs
Questions
Does my client need a password?
No. They type their email address and get a link that works once. After that, that browser stays signed in for three months.
Which galleries does my client see?
Every published gallery you linked to them, and closed ones marked as closed. Drafts, archived galleries and galleries you took out of the portal stay out.
Does the portal skip a gallery's password?
For your client, yes: a gallery they open from the portal asks for no password. Someone they send it on to gets the gallery as it is, with its password if it has one.
How many portals can I have?
Starter has one, Pro 25, Studio 100 and Agency 250. Only portals that are switched on count, so switching one off makes room for another.
Can I switch a portal off?
Yes, with “Switch the portal off” on the client's page. The link stops working straight away; switch it on again and the same address works again.
Is this the same as “Client login” on a gallery?
No. “Client login” locks one gallery with a one-time link by email, valid for two hours. The portal is one address for all their galleries.
