For a fair, a congress, a company party or a red carpet. People sign up at your stand with their name, email and consent. You shoot, Shyreo puts every photo with the right person, and everyone gets a mail with a page of only their own portraits. No photo numbers to note down, no spreadsheet afterwards.

How it works

    Make a session

    Give it a name, choose how long each person's page stays online, and switch on QR cards if you like.

  2. 02 ▸

    People sign up

    On the iPad at your stand or with the QR code on a sign: name, email and consent.

  3. 03 ▸

    Shoot and upload

    As always, from Lightroom, the Mac app or the browser, into the session's working gallery. It never goes online itself.

  4. 04 ▸

    Link and send

    Confirm Shyreo's suggestions, and send. Everyone gets their own portraits by mail.

What is in it

  • Sign-up on an iPad at your stand, or with a QR code on a sign on people's own phones
  • A QR card or a black frame between two people tells Shyreo where the next person starts
  • Shyreo suggests who each series is; you confirm it, or link it all at once
  • Each person gets their own page: download, and a square crop for LinkedIn
  • Consent kept with its moment, and everything tidied away when the term is over

Signing up, at your stand

  1. 01

    On an iPad

    Open the session's address on an iPad or phone at the stand. After each person the form clears itself for the next one.

  2. 02

    With a QR code

    For a red carpet or a busy stand: people scan the code on a sign and sign up on their own phone, during or after the shoot.

  3. 03

    Consent, on record

    People tick that they want their portrait by email, and optionally that you may use it in your portfolio. The moment is kept with it.

Every photo with the right person

  1. 01

    QR cards

    Switch them on and everyone gets a QR code on screen after signing up. Photograph it just before their portraits: Shyreo reads it and knows whose the photos after it are. One click links every series.

  2. 02

    A black frame

    No cards? Shoot a black frame between two people, with your hand over the lens. Shyreo starts a new series after it, and a chat in the middle of someone never splits them in two.

  3. 03

    By time, and by hand

    Without either, Shyreo groups photos taken close together and suggests whoever signed up last before them. You can always pick someone else, or link a selection to a name.

Only their own

    A mail in your style

    With your logo, in the language they signed up in, and a link to a page with only their own portraits. Replies come to you.

  2. 02

    Tidied away

    After the term you choose, the pages, names, addresses and consents go. Portraits of people who agreed to your portfolio stay, in a private gallery of your own.

Questions

Which plan do I need?

Starter has two portrait sessions a month. Pro and up have as many as you like.

Does Shyreo use face recognition for this?

No. Shyreo goes by the QR cards, the black frames and the time the photos were taken. Faces are not looked at.

What if somebody signs up twice, or by mistake?

You remove them in the session, with their consent and details.

Can I use the photos myself?

Only of people who ticked that you may, and they stay in a private gallery of yours after the session is tidied away.
