The service
Shyreo provides online galleries for delivering photography to clients. You keep every right to your work. We only process it to provide the service.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for the content you upload. You confirm you have the right to share the photography you deliver.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically monthly or yearly until cancelled. Cancelling keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period. Prices exclude VAT.
Storage limits
Each plan has a storage and gallery limit. When exceeded, uploads pause until you free space or upgrade. Existing galleries stay online.
Acceptable use
No unlawful content, no content you do not have rights to, no abuse of the sharing features. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep your own backups of originals.
Termination
You can close your account at any time from Settings. We can terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Amsterdam.
