How it works

01 ▸
Start a group
Under Groups, type the name of the event and press “Start group”. That takes Pro, Studio or Agency, and the owner or an admin of the studio.

Send the photographers their link
Copy the “Link for photographers” and send it only to them. The “Link for everyone” is for guests and your client.
03 ▸
Each photographer joins
They open the link, sign in or make a free account, and press “Create my gallery” (named after them), or “Add this gallery” for one they already made. Then they upload in their own account, as always.

Close it once everyone is in
Switch off “Photographers can join”. Nobody who is in loses anything, and you can open it again.

Share the page
Send guests the “Link for everyone”. They see a tile per photographer, every photo at once under “View all photos”, and can give photos a heart and take them home together.

Joining works on any plan

Who decides what

You, as the organiser
The group's name, the logo at the top when you have more than one brand, who may join and who is on the page. A new name keeps the address, so links you shared keep working.

Each photographer
Their gallery stays in their own account, with their own brand, watermark, access and downloads. You can take it off the page, and the link will not bring it back, but you never change or delete it.

What shows on the page
Published galleries with at least one photo, until they expire. A draft shows up once its photographer publishes it.

Behind a password
A gallery with a password or a client sign-in is listed as “Password”, without photos, and stays out of “View all photos” and the hearts.

Questions

Do the other photographers need a paid plan?

No. Joining works on every plan, Free included. The gallery is made in their own account and counts towards their own galleries and storage.

Can a photographer use a gallery they already made?

Yes. On the join page they choose “Add this gallery” instead of “Create my gallery”. It keeps its address, its photos and its settings.

What if the photographers' link ends up in the wrong place?

Press “Make a new link”. The old one stops working at once, and everyone already in keeps their gallery.

Do the photographers see the hearts guests give?

Yes. A heart on the group page is a favorite in that photographer's own gallery, the same as one given there.

Can guests find themselves with one selfie across the whole group?

Yes, once we switch Find me on for your group; it is not a switch in your dashboard. It runs on your Find me allowance, from Pro, also for photographers on a free account, and you confirm the guests were told. Each photographer can leave their gallery out.
