Your account, galleries and client data are in the European Union (Supabase, AWS eu-central-1). Photo files are held on Cloudflare R2 in private buckets and served through short-lived signed URLs. See the Data Processing Agreement.

No. Your browser uploads the original straight into storage, so it never passes through our code and cannot be re-encoded. The web and high-resolution versions clients see are separate copies; the original is kept untouched.
