Deliver under your client's name, and charge for it.

Venues, agencies, festivals and schools have a brand of their own, and would rather hand their client a gallery that carries it. You set it up once per client and pick it when you make the gallery.

Not a promise about your market, just the arithmetic. Most photographers who do this put it on the quote as one line next to the shoot. One branded event a month pays for Studio, and every one after that in the same month is money in your pocket.

How it works

    Choose Studio

    Brands for clients come with Studio. Choose it under “Billing”; Agency is set up with us.

  2. 02 ▸

    Add their brand

    On “Branding”, type your client's name in the field next to your own brand and press “Add brand”.

  3. 03 ▸

    Set it up

    Click the new brand and fill it in as you did your own: logo, placement, theme, colours and footer. Then press “Save brand”.

  4. 04 ▸

    Pick it per gallery

    Choose the brand under “Brand” when you make the gallery, or later in its “Settings”. “Studio default” is your own.

  5. 05 ▸

    Deliver

    Their client opens a gallery with their logo, colours and footer, and the “your gallery is ready” email carries their name.

What is in it

  • Logo, colours, light or dark, watermark and footer, kept under their name
  • No Shyreo line at the bottom: the gallery reads as theirs
  • Studio: 3 brands, you plus two regular clients. Agency: 25
  • One branded event a month pays for Studio; every one after that is profit

Good to know

  • The watermark on their galleries is their logo, and each brand can have a default preset of its own
  • A group page you organise can carry one of your brands as well
  • Your own brand is the default and always stays
  • Only the owner and admins can add, change or remove brands

Questions

Do I pay extra per brand?

No. The brands come with the plan: Studio is €49.95 a month or €499 a year, including VAT. Agency, with 25 brands, starts at €99 a month and is set up with us.

How do I charge my client for it?

On your own quote, as a line next to the shoot. Shyreo does not bill your client for it.

What happens to the galleries if I remove a brand?

They switch to your own brand, and the brand's logo and settings are deleted. Before you confirm, Shyreo tells you how many galleries use it.

Does the client portal carry my client's brand?

No. The portal and its sign-in email carry your own brand. Each gallery in it opens in the brand you gave that gallery.
